Empower your customers to pay you directly using your Melio Get Paid link. A payment link provides flexibility and speed for Get Paid users. This guide details the steps to create your custom link, allowing you to easily receive funds from your customers.

How to create your payment link
Follow these steps to create a payment link:
1 - Select Get Paid from the left sidebar.
2 - Select Create link at the top right of the Get Paid dashboard.
3 - You will see the Create your personalized payment link window explaining how it works. Select Set up payment link to proceed.
4 - You will be prompted to the Create payment link page.
Here you can customize your payment link:
- Payment link (mandatory field): Enter the specific text you want to appear in your payment link.
Please note: If the link you choose is already in use by someone else, we will ask you to select an alternative link text.
- Brand color: Select the background color that your customers will see on the payment page. Then, select Save.
- Company logo: Upload your company logo. This will also be shown on your invoices and the payment page, reinforcing your brand.
5 - Once you've made all your desired customizations, select Create link at the bottom right of the page.
That’s it. You successfully created the payment link.
Sharing your new payment link with the customers
After you have successfully created your payment link, it’s time to share it with your customers:
- Copy the link: You can easily copy the direct link as shown below.
- Use a QR code: We've generated a convenient QR code for you. It can be used on your printed materials, packaging, business cards, etc. Your customers can simply scan this code to access your payment link.

- On the Get Paid dashboard by selecting the Payment link button.
- In the Company settings.
