There are two ways to unassign your clients from your staff member:
- Unassigning the clients via the Firm’s staff dashboard.
- Removing a staff member from the client's Melio account.
How to unassign the client from a staff member via the Firm’s staff dashboard
Follow these steps to unassign clients from your staff member:
1 - Sign in to your firm’s Melio account.
2 - Select Staff on the left sidebar.
3 - Find the staff member from whom you want to unassign clients.
4 - Select a three-dot icon next to the chosen staff member.
5 - Select Manage clients from the actions menu.
6 - A pop-up window listing your firm’s clients will appear. Uncheck the box for the clients you want to unassign.
That’s it. You successfully unassigned the clients from your staff member.
