Yes, it is possible to change the payment delivery method from a virtual card to something else. Choose the card type (Single-use virtual card or reusable Melio Card) below and follow the instructions:

Single-use virtual card
To receive payments using a method other than single-use virtual cards, your options depend on who initially chose the virtual card as the payment method:
- If you (the Vendor) chose the virtual card: You’ll need to opt out of receiving single-use virtual cards. To do so, contact us here.
- If the Payor chose the virtual card: Refer to this guide to change the delivery method to ACH transfer. Alternatively, contact the payor and request that they change the delivery method for future payments.

Melio Card
Melio Card works differently from single-use virtual cards. There's no per-payor switch. The only way to stop future payments from going to Melio Card is a full opt-out, and it's permanent: once you opt out, you'd need to sign up and complete business verification again to use Melio Card in the future.
