You can track and manage your invoices from the Invoices tab. This central hub provides comprehensive tools for viewing, organizing, and managing all your invoices efficiently. In this guide, we will cover the following topics:

Viewing invoice information
All invoices are listed in the Invoices tab, where you can view the following information for each invoice:

- Customer name - The recipient of the invoice
- Invoice number - Your unique invoice identifier, which you can customize. To learn more about customizing your invoice number, please see the following guide.
- Last updated - When you last modified the invoice. To find out more about how to edit invoices that have already been issued to the customer, please see the following guide.
- Due date - When payment is expected
- Last viewed - When your customer last accessed the invoice
- Status - Current state of the invoice (Draft, Overdue, Open, Canceled, Paid, etc.)
- Amount - Total invoice value
Finding invoices quickly
Use the search bar in the Invoices tab to quickly search your invoice list by invoice number or customer name. You can also use filters for quick access and management, allowing you to filter the invoice list by status, due date, and last viewed date.
Managing individual invoices
There are two ways to manage your invoices:
Method 1: Click on the invoice
- Select the invoice you would like to view to open the Invoice details screen. Here you can view the invoice activity and summary, as well as access management options through the More button.
Method 2: Use the action menu

Select the three dots on the right-hand side of any listed invoice to open the action menu. Depending on the invoice status, you can:
- Send a reminder to the customer
- Edit the invoice
- Mark an invoice as paid
- View the invoice
- Preview the invoice
- Download a PDF of the invoice
- Cancel the invoice.
Different invoice statuses have different available actions in the action menu.
Additional tracking with the Customers tab
The Customers tab provides additional tracking features, showing your customer list, invoice counts, total paid amounts, and outstanding balances for comprehensive account management.
