If you’re new to Melio, follow the steps to sign up. When you sign up you also subscribe to a plan.
What happens now?
Until October 27, 2024 you can still use Melio like you always have. You even get access to new premium features like collecting W-9 forms from your contractors and set gradual approval workflows.
After October 27, 2024, the first time you sign in to your Melio account, you’ll be asked to select a subscription plan.
Melio offers three subscription plans to keep you and your business up to date with our latest payment innovations.
Choose the one that is the best fit to your business's specific needs: whether you prefer a monthly, annual, or pay-as-you-go plan. You can find the right one for your team.
If you don’t select a subscription plan after Oct. 27, your account will be set as a Go subscriber which is free. Go plan includes one user and limited access to the premium features. Learn more about the different subscription plans.
How to subscribe to a plan?
When the Owner signs in to the Melio account they get the Keep enjoying premium features page.
1. In Introducing premium plans, click Claim offer.
2. In Start your free 30-day trial, click the plan that suits your needs: Go, Core, or Boost.
3. In Start your free 30-day trial, choose your preferred option: Monthly or Annually.
Note: When does the billing cycle start?
Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe for a plan.
- In a monthly billing cycle, the subscription fees are automatically debited from your account on the same date each month.
- In an annual billing cycle, the subscription fees are debited from your account once a year on the same date, covering the entire year's payment in one transaction.
4. In Payment method, select how to pay for the subscription fees: Card or Bank account. Click Save.
- Selected card: enter the card and cardholder details.
- Selected bank account: follow the steps to connect it instantly or with micro-deposits.
5. On the right you see the summary of your subscription plan. Click Start Free trial to finish.
Enjoy the first 30 days for free. We’ll start billing you automatically after the free trial ends.
Congratulations, you’ve successfully subscribed to a Melio plan. Click Get started and continue working in your Melio account.
Note: don’t want to subscribe to a plan at this time?
Not subscribing essentially means subscribing to the free Go plan. To do so:
1. Click Claim offer.
2. In Start your free 30-day trial, under Go, click Start for free.
3. In the There's still time to decide popup we’re advising you that you have until October 27, 2024 to enjoy the premium features. To continue subscribing for the Go plan, click Switch to Go.
4. In Confirm changing to Go, click Confirm change to finish.
