How to view and manage your Melio subscription plan

Need to check your current plan details, update your billing method, or review past payments? This guide will walk you through managing your Melio subscription settings.

This guide covers:

See which plan you're subscribed to

1- Select Settings in the left sidebar.

2- Scroll down to the Payments & billing section and select Plans.

3- Under the Plans section, you'll see the details of your current subscription plan, including:

  • The plan you're subscribed to
  • Whether subscription fees are paid monthly or annually
  • How many team members have access to the account
  • When your next subscription payment is due and the amount

4- To change your current plan, select the 3 dots next to your plan name.

5- From the popup menu, select Manage plan.

Change your billing method

1- Select Settings in the left sidebar.

2- Scroll down to the Payments & billing section and select Plans.

3- Under the Plans section, scroll down to Billing method. Here you can see which payment method is used for your subscription fees.

4- To change the payment method, select Change on the right side.

5- Add a bank account or card, then select Save.

Check your subscription billing history

1- Select Settings in the left sidebar.

2- Scroll down to the Payments & billing section and select Plans.

3- Under the Plans section, scroll down to Billing history. Here you can see your subscription fee billing history.

4- To download a receipt, select the download button to the right of the desired billing entry.

That's it! You can now view your plan details, update your billing method, and access your payment history whenever you need.
