This article explains how to subscribe to a plan for the first time. If you are already subscribed to the Core, Boost, or Unlimited plans, you can upgrade or downgrade.
How to subscribe to a plan for the first time
Once you’ve completed your Melio account registration, you can select your subscription plan.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to a plan at any time by following these steps:
1 - Sign in to your Melio account.
2 - Select Settings on the left sidebar.
3 - In the Payments & billing section, select Plans.
4 - In the Current plan section, select Upgrade plan.
5 - A pop-up window will appear, offering different subscription plans. Select the plan you want to use.

6 - You will be prompted to a page where you should fill in your payment details and select the billing cycle (monthly or annual). Fill in all the details:

Select the billing cycle:
- Monthly
- Annual

Select a payment method and fill in the details:
- Card
- Bank account
Then, select Continue.
7 - To complete the process, select Subscribe at the bottom right.
That’s it. We’ll start billing you automatically depending on the selected billing cycle.
When does the billing cycle start? +
Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe for a plan.
- In a monthly billing cycle, the subscription fees are automatically debited from your account on the same date each month.
- In an annual billing cycle, the subscription fees are debited from your account once a year on the same date, covering the entire year's payment in one transaction.
