Do you have invoices saved to your device, in your accounting software, Gmail account, or Amazon Business? You can import all of them to the Bills tab in your Melio account and pay them.
Melio gives you several ways to import bills:
- Upload a bill file — Upload a single PDF or JPG invoice directly from your device.
- Upload multiple bill files — Save time by uploading several invoice files at once.
- Import a bills spreadsheet — Import a CSV or Excel file containing multiple bills.
- Import bills from Gmail — Connect your Gmail account to automatically sync bills sent to your inbox.
- Import bills from Amazon Business — Connect your Amazon Business account to sync your orders as bills.
- Forward bills by email — Send invoices directly to your Melio account via a dedicated email address.
- Import bills from QuickBooks Online — Sync your QBO account to pull bills directly into Melio.
- Import bills from Xero — Sync your Xero account to pull bills directly into Melio.
