With Melio, you can pay vendors and get paid, save hours on manual entry, and improve cash flow. We continue to offer robust integrations with multiple accounting platforms, including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero.
Our integration provides a comprehensive, two-way sync that saves you time, eliminates manual data entry, and reduces errors. This two-way sync means that changes in either Melio or your accounting software automatically update both systems. You can also disconnect the sync at any time after the initial connection.
What will I see once I sync QuickBooks Online with Melio?
- Vendor & bill details: Melio will automatically collect all your bills, invoices, and vendor information.
- Outgoing payments for easy reconciliation: Once you send a payment through Melio, the status will be updated in your accounting software for seamless reconciliation.
- Incoming payments: When you send a payment request through Melio and the invoice is paid in full, it’s synced back to QuickBooks and marked as paid.
