Canceling your subscription means you've chosen not to auto-renew it. As a result, this change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Accounts without a subscription will be reverted to the Basic plan.

Note: Are you subscribed to the Basic plan?
Basic plan cannot be canceled. That’s because canceling the subscription means that the account is considered as subscribed to the Basic plan.
When you cancel your subscription your list of vendors, unpaid bills, scheduled payments and all your data remains. The account owner still has access and can use the features available to the Basic plan.
To cancel the subscription:
1. Sign in to your Melio account.
2. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
3. Scroll down to Payments & billing.
4. Click Plans.
5. In Current plan on the right, you can see the details of the plan you’re subscribed to now.
6. Click the three dots and select Cancel my plan.
7. In Cancel your plan warning popup, you see which capabilities and features will no longer be available to you, click Cancel my plan.
8. In the Subscription canceled confirmation popup, click Got it.
That’s it. Your account is set as a Basic.
You’ll get an email confirmation that the subscription was canceled.
Changed your mind?
You can reactivate your subscription plan until it expires.
1. Under Current plan, click Reactivate subscription.
2. In Cancel plan downgrade popup, click Cancel pending change.
That’s it. You’ll get a confirmation notification at the top of the screen that the plan has been reactivated.
