What is a Complaint?

Melio defines a complaint as a verbal or written expression of dissatisfaction or a suggestion of wrongful conduct about Melio’s products, services, processes, or staff member behavior made by, or on behalf of, a customer, whether justified or not.

Complaints made on behalf of a consumer include, but are not limited to, written complaints received from a government agency, regulator, or consumer organization.

Where can you submit an official complaint?

You can submit your complaint via Melio's Official Complaints Portal.

Melio recognizes that their customers may have questions about their account balances, account charges, program features, other account-related issues, or about Melio advertisements and sales promotions. Such inquiries are Customer Inquiries and not Complaints. Upon receipt, such questions will be directed to the responsible party, who will respond to the customer in a timely fashion.
