Looking for a specific deposit or payment? Learn how to filter, search, and sort the transactions from your connected bank accounts in Banking.
Choose accounts and dates
1- From the left sidebar, select Banking.
2- Select the All accounts dropdown. It shows All accounts or your current selection.
3- Check the box next to each account you want to search.
4- Select the date dropdown.
5- Choose Last 30 days, Last 60 days, or Last 90 days.
Search and sort transactions
6- In the search field above the transactions table, enter the transaction name.
Search matches the transaction name shown in the table. It doesn't search the longer description included in the CSV download.
7- To sort by date, select the Date column header.
8- To sort by amount, select the Amount column header.
Select the same column header again to reverse the order.
9- Review the matching transactions.
Open a related Melio payment
10- Find a transaction with the via Melio label.
11- Select View to open the related payment in Melio.
The via Melio label marks transactions we’ve identified as payments made through Melio. We can’t identify every one, so a missing label doesn’t mean a payment was made outside Melio. View only appears when a transaction is matched to a specific payment.
Can't find a transaction? Review the accounts and dates you've selected. Recent or uncleared activity may not appear yet, because bank data isn't updated in real time. Accounts that are still syncing, disconnected, or turned off in Manage accounts won't show transactions.
That's it! You can now find transactions from your connected bank accounts and open the related Melio payments.
