Can my client change their plan if the firm is paying the subscription fees?

No, they can’t. 

When your client gets to Plans in Settings, they will see a notification informing them that you, as their accountant, manage their account.

If the client attempts to change the plan, they’ll receive a notification instructing them to contact you for further assistance.
