You’ve received an email that your customer has paid you using Melio. Here’s how to securely and successfully accept the payment:
1- You’ll get an email from Melio that looks like this. In the email, select ACCEPT PAYMENT.
2- Decide how you want to receive this payment - directly to your bank account via ACH bank transfer or a paper check.

Option A- Receiving payment via ACH bank transfer:
- Fill in your routing number and account number. Click SUBMIT AND ACCEPT PAYMENT.
- You’ll see that your payment is on its way to your bank account and the estimated delivery date.
Option B - Receiving payment via Check
- Fill in your mailing address. Click SUBMIT AND ACCEPT PAYMENT.
- You’ll see that your payment is on its way to you as a paper check and the estimated delivery date.
That’s it! Once you’ve accepted the payment, your customer will get an email from us letting them know you’ve accepted their payment.
