Core, Boost, and Unlimited subscribers receive priority support, ensuring faster response times when you start a live chat.
To open a live chat:
1 - Sing in to your Melio account
2 - Select Support in the left sidebar.
3 - In the Contact us section, select Start a chat.
That’s it. Our customer support team will be there to help you.
Get in touch with us by submitting a request form. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours inside operating hours. This channel is available to all our users.

Callback
Boost and Unlimited subscribers can get a more personalized answer to their questions in real time from a customer success associate.
Callback support is available Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Closed on Federal Holidays.
How to contact Melio using the callback option:
1 - Sign in to your Melio account.
2 - Select the support icon at the bottom of the left sidebar. OR select Settings on the left sidebar. Then, select Support.
3 - Under the Contact us section, select Request a callback to get a phone call from a customer success associate.
4 - Fill in the Request a callback form:
- Enter the phone number you want us to call

Select the Issue type from the dropdown list:
- Payment issue- you’ll need to add the payment ID
- Account issue
- General issue
- In the Description, tell us in detail how we can help you.
5 - Select Submit request when you’re done.
That’s it. Our customer success associate will call you back to assist with your request.
