Yes, you can. Billing becomes automatic when you schedule a recurring payment from your client’s Melio account.
Follow these steps to access your client’s account and set up recurring payments:
1 - Select Home from the left sidebar.
2 - Select a three-dot icon next to the desired client.
3 - Select Go to client account from the actions menu.
4 - You will be redirected to your client’s Melio account. To automatically bill your client, you need to schedule a recurring payment.
After you schedule a recurring payment, your client will be billed automatically.
Note:
- Melio will sync the recurring payments you scheduled to the accounting software one at a time, according to the time frame you set (every month/week). This way, you’ll always know which payment is next.
- If your client has a payment approval workflow set up, the payment will be labeled Pending approval until approved.
