If you no longer need a bill approval workflow, you can delete it at any time. This guide walks you through how to delete an existing bill approval workflow in your account.

After deleting a bill approval workflow, any existing bills awaiting approval will be re-evaluated. If no other approval workflows apply to them, they will proceed without requiring approval. If they match another active workflow, they will remain pending under those new rules. Deleted workflows cannot be restored — if you change your mind, you will need to recreate the workflow from scratch. Consider editing the workflow instead if you only need to make adjustments.
1- Sign in to your account.
2- Select Settings from the bottom left of the screen.
3- Under the Company section, select Approval workflows.
Alternatively, you can open the Approvals tab and select Manage workflows.
4- Under the Approval workflows section, find the bill approval workflow you want to delete and select the three dots icon.
5- Select Delete workflow from the dropdown list.
6 - In the confirmation pop-up, select Delete workflow to finish.
That's it! You successfully deleted the bill approval workflow. This workflow will no longer apply to new matching bills.
