Did you request delivery details from a vendor, but the link expired before they filled it out? No problem. You can quickly send them a new one so your payment can still go through.
Delivery details links expire after 10 days if you sent a request without a payment, and after 30 days if you scheduled a payment and let your vendor choose how to get paid.

Resending a delivery details request
1- Sign in to Melio.
2- From your Pay dashboard, select the Vendors tab.
3- Select the name of the vendor whose delivery details link has expired.
4- Under Vendor details, go to the Delivery methods section.
5- Next to Vendor's choice, select Resend request.
You can resend a delivery details request to a vendor every 48 hours.
6- A confirmation banner will appear at the top of the Vendor details screen.

That's it! Your vendor will receive a new email with a fresh link to submit their delivery details.
